Present a Poster
Poster Session Information:
The Tumor Models Boston poster session will allow you deeper access into the most innovative research being done in preclinical oncology. Present and discuss your work and meet the scientists conducting exciting research in optimizing their preclinical strategies to advance their predictions into the clinic. Apply their learnings straight into your own work, cultivate research collaborations and leave inspired by new ideas.
There will be a 30 minute poster session during the afternoon break of Conference Day One Wednesday 19 July at 15.40.
Poster Submission & Specifications:
- Presenting a poster is reserved exclusively for academics and drug developers including pharma and biotech, who don’t fall into a vendor category. A vendor is categorized as solutions, services and product providers. If you’re not sure if you’re eligible to submit an abstract, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- This is available at no extra cost but we do insist that posters present scientific data and that all abstracts are subject to approval by the conference organizers.
- Once registered please send us your abstract for approval by the deadline of June 30.
- Posters must be size A0 and portrait, and it is advised that poster presenters use thin, lightweight poster paper for their poster. Heavier paper or cardboard may be difficult to keep in position on the board.
Please bring your poster with you and hand it over during morning registration point on Conference Day One July 19. The poster will be displayed on the board from the afternoon break on Conference Day One until the morning of Conference Day Two July 20. You will be able to collect your poster after lunch on Conference Day Two at registration point.
