Are you currently conducting some exciting work developing, optimizing or selecting tumor models for drug discovery and development? If so, our poster competition is the perfect place to showcase it!
Bring a poster, network, and showcase your work to your tumor modeling colleagues.
This is an informal session to help you connect with your peers in a relaxed atmosphere to continue forging new and beneficial relationships. With an audience of biopharma experts eager to learn the latest translational modeling innovations, you will have the opportunity to display a poster presenting your own research. Don’t miss out on the chance to connect, learn, and present.
How to Submit Your Poster
- You must first register your place to attend the 14th Tumor Models Summit Boston
- Submit an abstract for review to showcase your poster during the Scientific Poster Session
- You will be notified once your abstract has been accepted along with details of printing and size requirements. We do request an online PDF of the poster 2 weeks prior to the summit
- Once approved, bring your approved poster to the summit, ready to facilitate insightful conversations!
- Scientific Poster Session: Thursday, July 30 at 10:30

The Prize
The winning poster will receive an award and certificate as part of the awards ceremony on the afternoon break of Day Two, and have their poster showcased on our website as a downloadable file.
The category in the competition is:
“Most Innovative Case Study” – T&Cs apply
T&Cs
- Posters should not be used for sales and marketing purposes
- Only submissions by pharma, biotech, academic researchers, and event partners will be considered for the "Most Innovative Case Study” award. To be eligible for the researcher or drug developer category, the group or individual must be from a biotech or pharma company or research institution that has a publicly available pipeline and/or does not offer pay-for-services
- If your company offers pay-for services, you will need to submit your poster request to our partnerships team - sponsor@hansonwade.com
- All abstracts are subject to approval by the conference organizers, who reserve the right to reject submissions
